Actually it shouldn't take all that long, maybe a few days but thats not bad at all. Let me give you a heads up, an affiliate manager will call you and want to talk to you in person. This is a normal practice these days for any "Real" affiliate network trust me.

The legit affiliate networks that pay actual commissions will want to know if your a real person and plan on doing legal promotion of their offers because they care about the type of publishers their advertisers are paying for.
